On December 12, 2018 Gary Elias Collins, Sr. beloved husband of Linda M. Collins; loving father of Gary E. Collins, Jr., John B. Collins, Charlene McKee, Michael R. Collins, and Chad William Collins; devoted stepfather of Theresa, Gregory, John, Andrea, Shannon, and Joshua; dear brother of the late Charles Collins, Robert Collins, and Kay Uhler; also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 17 at 12noon at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Uniontown, PA 15401. In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Alzheimer's research.
