On December 29, 2020 Regina Renee Welch beloved companion of Tory Dwight Dial, Jr.; loving mother of Raymond L. Thompson, Tory D. Dial, III and Emily R. Dial; devoted daughter of Rose M. Blume and her husband David and Edward W. Welch; dear sister of Shannon Davis, Kenneth Davis, Lydia Blume, David Blume, Jr. and the late Anthony Davis. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends and especially Ms Jody Adams.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
