On August 28, 2019 Theresa "Annette" Hoar (nee Galford) beloved wife of 42 years of Lawrence "Larry" F. Hoar, Sr. Devoted mother of Jose L. Flores, Jr and his wife Sarah, Angela Blades and her husband John, Lawrence F. Hoar, Jr and his wife Sheila, and Jeffrey Hoar and his wife Candace. Loving grandmother of Brady, Gavin, Audrey, Logan, Kayla, Camden, Victoria, Kristen, John, Aylss, and Ozma; dear great-grandmother of Baby Girl Charlie. Loving sister of Thomas, David, Ronald, Paulette, Vera, Wilma, Lisa, Norma, Gloria, Terry, Beatrice, Sheila, David Files, Tina, Johnny, and the late Sue, Norman and Robbie. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held in the funeral home of Charles S. Zannino Funeral Service, P.A. 263 S. Conkling Street Baltimore, MD 21224 (at Gough Street) on Saturday, September 7 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Eulogy and prayers to begin at 8 p.m. Interment private.
